Shipping and Delivery:

We keep things easy for you. Our main concern is to deliver your purchase with safest packaging to ensure no damage.

 

If you leave in Toronto, you can have your order to be delivered to your address or you can pick it up yourself. You will be contacted by your salesperson to come and pick it up or even arrange to have it shipped. Easy as 1-2-3 !

  2. We’ll Send You an Email
    We will send an ‘Order Ready’ email or contact you directly by phone or text message, when your order is ready to pick up. Cause of COVID-19 Situation we do NOT accept clients without confirmed appointment.

  3. We’ll Place in Your Trunk
    You will not be required to leave your vehicle when you arrived at the confirmed date and time. You just need to reply to your Purchase Order Email as “Read and Confirmed”. or sign a hard copy when you pick up your purchase. We set a pick up time, when you arrive, give us a call that you have arrived. We will come out and place your order in your trunk, then wave, and appreciate your business!

How do I Track my Order?

The status of your order can be monitored on your KiavashMusic account page; simply log in and choose to view your order. The order status will change as it is processed. You will also be notified of progress by:

  • “In Progress” confirmation email after you first placed your order
  • “Order Ready” email to alert you that your order has been shipped (with a tracking number and link)
  • Courier tracking number and link

Method of Payment:

KiavashMusic accepts payments in form of cash, certified cheques, Interac ETransfer, and PayPal. Products offered on websites and other sources may have limited availability and are offered at a first come, first served basis. Discounts are limited‐time offer.

Cancellation:

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours from your purchase via mail. After this period of time any other cancellations will be count as a return (see return policy). * In case your purchase has been done by a credit card, we will charge 5% from the transaction of any cancellation.


An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order which has already been shipped, not due to damage, you will be responsible for paying an ORDER RETURN FEE. We incur a fee from the freight carrier to return items that have been shipped, this fee is dependent on the item refused and the destination location.

Refund and Exchange:

Thank you for shopping at KiavashMusic. We are here to ensure that your experience is perfect and your musical instrument arrives in excellent condition.

To avoid minimum return items and to make sure you are buying the right product; we are happy to present our VERY SPECIAL OFFER to arrange a VIDEO CALL with you to show you the instrument you love and hear its sound prior shopping. Simply click HERE to set a date and time for your “Video Call” on WhatsApp, Zoom, or Skype.

In some rare instances, you may need some help with a refund or exchange that we accept within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling fees apply to your refund or exchange. Using a non-approved shipping method will often result in delays and damages that impact our ability to process your refund. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials to return the instrument to the address on the original shipping label. Returns are not accepted after 5 days of delivery receipt. Refund will apply only against a damage report from the client, signed by the local post office. Customer must supply tracking number and make sure that the items are insured.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways including custom fees. There is an additional restock fee of 5% from the total transaction. Product which will not collected from the post office or the custom and will return back, will be count as a return product and all the rules of our return policy will apply to it.

Damaged Items

If you notice visible damage to your package refuse the shipment (do not sign for it) and contact us. If you notice damage after accepting and opening your package, contact us right away.

Suspect Damage
On occasion, the outer box may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, notate “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a freight claim is less of a hassle.

Do not sign for obviously damaged products if signature requires. If your product arrives damaged, please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and (b) Call Us Immediately so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you.

Defective Products

If you think your product is defective, don’t worry! In most cases, it is a simple issue that can be resolved over the phone. Do not hesitate to contact us and leave us a message. We are going to get back to you ASAP.

A consumer guarantee is an automatic right given to consumers buying a product or service.
